Rental Application Process

Thank you for your interest in renting an apartment from Real Property Solutions, LLC! Below you will find important information about our application and leasing procedures. We urge you to read it thoroughly!

STEP 1: RESERVING AN APARTMENT

• One Completed Application per resident over the age of 18
• One $25.00 application fee per application
• Copy of photo ID for all applicants
• Copy of your last 2 pay stubs, if applicable
• If a co-signer is required, an application and a $25.00 fee must be submitted for EACH co-signer
• First month’s Rent in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to:_______________________________

STEP 2: APPROVAL PROCESS

• Once we have received all of the above, we will start the approval process
• Within 48 to 72 business hours you will be updated by your showing agent regarding the status of your application. If you are not approved for any reason, your deposit will be returned in FULL within 7 business days

STEP 3: LEASE

• Once approved, your agent will contact you to schedule your lease signing
• All lease signings MUST occur within 7 days from the approval date • Upon the signing of the lease, a certified check or money order for all remaining monies owed relating to the rental of said property are due.

IMPORTANT!!!

• No personal checks will be accepted as per RPS, LLC policy
• Your application fee is non-refundable
• If after being accepted you do not take occupancy of the apartment, you will forfeit your first month’s rent. • Final Decision or Acceptance or Denial of your application is the OWNERS final decision and does not reflect the wishes or decisions of Real Property Solutions, LLC
• The apartment will be rented AS IS.
• Possession of the apartment will only be granted upon the agreed upon move-in date
• The information presented on the apartment you are applying for is furnished by the owner and is not guaranteed or warranted by Real Property Solutions, LLC
